Cost: $440.
Requirements: Renters must use a credit card or direct debit for the monitoring, $18.95/
month. A one-year agreement is required.
Warranty: 1-year warranty on all components, 5-year warranty on the keypad/control
unit.
Existing System Takeovers:
Most systems can be reprogrammed for free.
There will always be some exceptions - frequently very old systems cannot be reprogrammed
at no charge, but I should be able to tell you when we meet.
Requirements: 1-, 2-, or 3-year contract will lock your monitoring rate at $18.95 per month for
the life of the contract.
If you pay for monitoring annually, in advance, I can offer you a 5% discount.
My company will be able to upgrade, add to, and service almost every system that's being
offered in the Atlanta area.
If you have a current contract with a monitoring company, you must be within six months of the
end of the contract, and you will be responsible for terminating the current contract when you
switch over to our monitoring service.
